The National Express bus reaches Paris and much of England from London's Victoria Coach Station. |
The National Express bus is one of the
options for reaching Paris from London. Buses make as many as four
trips daily using either the tunnel or the ferry. The first bus out
of Victoria Coach Station leaves at 8 am for the 8-10 hour trip to the Gallieni Bus and Metro Station in Paris. The buses do have lavatories aboard for the eight or nine hour trip and they do make a few rest stops.

Gallieni is an International bus
terminal on the east side of Paris serving Eurolines coaches, National Express Buses. Next
door find the Metro stop (line-3) on Galieni Street.

Coach prices range from 35 Euros for a one way trip with a non-refundable ticket to 42 Euros for a refundable ticket.
iDBus
Another bus option is the iD Bus. These
modern coaches travel from Victoria Station to Paris Bercy in 9 hours
with ticket prices between 39 and 46 Euros

Buy tickets online or at the Victoria Coach Station, in the vicinity of the Victoria Train Station, on Victoria Street.

Some of the buses use the ferry boats from Dover, others use the trains through the channel tunnel. Look on the schedule for a small logo of either a boat or a train to have your choice.
The bus trip ends at Galieni station a coach and metro station on Galieni street on the east side of Paris. The Ibis Hotel is just two blocs away and offers a double for 80 Euros.
